1. Choose your cushion and embroidery colours
Select your preferred cushion cover colour and thread colour to create a combination that complements your photograph and your home.
2. Upload your favourite photo
Choose a clear photograph of the people, pet or memory you would like us to recreate. Close-up, high-quality photographs allow us to capture the most detail.
3. We create your bespoke outline artwork
Our in-house artists carefully transform your photograph into a custom hand-drawn outline illustration designed specifically for embroidery.
4. Approve your design
Before we begin production, we'll email you a design proof of your photo outline. You can check the artwork and request changes before your cushion is embroidered.
5. Your design is embroidered
Once approved, your artwork is expertly stitched onto your chosen cushion using thousands of carefully placed embroidery stitches, creating a textured, premium finish that won't simply peel or fade away like a printed design.

Photo Upload
For all our photo products the best photos to upload are close up images showing the clear detail. The clearer and higher quality the photo the more detail that will be included in the design.
Stitch Colours
Contrasting colours work best allowing all the detail in the design work to stand out bold and clear. We recommend if you have selected a light colour garment, please select a darker thread/stitch colour. If you have selected a dark colour garment, please select a light colour thread.
Design Proof
Once you have placed your order online the design process will start. For all photo outline orders you will receive a design email from our studio showing you the hand drawn outline created from the photograph that was uploaded via our website. You will have the option to request any changes you would like made to the design before production starts to ensure it is perfect for you!
