Design proof for outline and portrait orders...

Once you have placed your order online the design process will start. You will receive a design email from our studio showing you the hand drawn outline created from the photograph that was uploaded via our website.

The design will show you what it will approximately look like when it is stitched out. You will have the option to request any changes you would like made to the design before production starts.

If we do not hear back from customers in 24 hours with any changes, we will process the garment as usual with the design as shown to avoid any production and delivery delays.

Please note that some of our styles are supplied from different suppliers which include our adults and kids range. The styles and colours may differ depending on the selected colours and size requested during our personalisation process.

All our Adult unisex sweatshirt and hoodies are a regular fit. We provide all approximate measurements so all our customers can size up or down to their desired size.

Sizes may vary depending on colours selected. Garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only. 

 

To ensure that your garments maintain the best quality over many washes please follow our care instructions.

For all kids t-shirts we recommend that they wear a vest underneath the garments to protect their skin against the back of the embroidery stitching as it can be slightly rough. 

Machine wash all products up to 30 degrees. When washing your items make sure you turn them inside out to protect the embroidery and garment. Upon completion of the washing cycle place the garments immediately into a dryer. Do not wring out the embroidered garments. Embroidered garments should always be ironed on the reverse side. We also recommend to iron embroidery between two pieces of cloth.

Your order will be personalised within 3-5 working days. During busy periods of the year the lead time on production and delivery may be longer. Please pay attention to any updates regarding to delivery times when placing your order.

Choose where you would like your item shipped to at checkout. Please fill in the required delivery information to receive the final delivery cost.

For all UK orders the delivery cost will be calculated based on the type of delivery selected, quantity of items and the weight of the order.

If your require fast delivery please select the fastest delivery option at checkout. Priority delivery should be selected if you need the order in time for a special date. Please also note this in the notes at checkout.

Europe and World Wide can take up to 45 Working days  for delivery £19.99 - £35.99 (there are current delays on all international orders, please keep checking the tracking details for further updates)

Please note that any orders placed after 4:00pm it will be processed on the next working day (excluding bank holidays)

Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when items arrive depending on your country/ cost of your order. All items are shipped from the UK.

Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

From 1 January The United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK you may incur charges. This includes Ireland.

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.

Unfortunately, some of our products and services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed, these include:

  • Anything that has been made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a bespoke element.
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order.
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like facemasks) where the seal is broken.
  • If you would like to cancel your order after placing it online, you may do so by emailing info@sketchstitch.co.uk. Provided it has not been automatically processed, which is normally within two hours of receipt, we will cancel your order and return your payment after deducting a fee of £9.99 to cover third party commissions and our administration. 

You are entirely responsible for the text and other content of your gift message and we have no liability for any such content and do not check for spelling or other such errors. We do however reserve the right to refuse to embroider garments with any message or image that could be considered offensive.

Our embroidery font software library is only able to replicate fonts with characters taken from the Latin / English alphabet, should you wish to use and alternate alphabet / language please contact us before placing your order.

Every product is made to order and made especially for you. We try to limit as much waste as possible and the design and sampling process we undertake ensures that when we actually embroider your garments everything has been double checked thoroughly, reducing production waste.

Allowing our customer to get involved with the design and development encourages them to be creative and develop something that is personal to them which they will cherish and value for its uniqueness.

We are not supporters of fast throw away fashion and aim to provide our customers with products that they fall in love with and continue to use over a long period of time.

Embroidery is the process we use to personalise all our orders.

All the embroidery designs are built up of individual stitches using needle and thread. You can select your favourite thread colour for the designs to be stitched out in.

The bones of embroidery stitching is that it does not peel or fade away. Unlike a printed item embroidery stitching becomes a natural part of the garment whereas printed designs sit onto of the surface of the material.

For all our photo products the best photos to upload are close up images showing the clear detail. Show off your pets personality with a head shot or full image photo.

For our portrait outline options we only unclude the pets head and half body (cropped images) no full length images are included. If you would like the full length image included please check out our photo outline option.
