The process starts by choosing your favourite product and thread colours. We have a wide range of products, including hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, and t-shirts. Whether you’re making a gift, preserving a memory or creating logo-based designs for a company or brand, every design is bespoke to you, with embroidery adding a premium, textured finish to the finished item.
Once you’ve placed your order through our website, our design team gets to work. Within 48 hours you’ll receive a digital design proof showing your photo transformed into our signature outline style. Every design is hand-drawn by our team in our UK studio using traditional illustration techniques, never AI or a third-party software. This personal approach means every outline captures the character and emotion of your original photo.
Your design proof is one of the most important parts of the process. We give every customer 24 hours to review their artwork and request any changes before production begins. Whether it’s a small tweak or a final adjustment, you can email our team to check details and make sure you’re happy with your design before it is stitched.
Once approved, we turn your artwork into an embroidery file by digitising the design, then programming it into our industrial embroidery machines ready to be hooped and stitched. Good quality digitising helps preserve fine detail, keeps small text legible and avoids excessive stitch count. We use dense, consistent stitching, vibrant threads that resist fading
and fraying, and the right backing to ensure the embroidery stays secure wash after wash. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, each garment can take up to an hour to embroider. Many customers also choose to add personalised sleeve embroidery, such as names, dates or meaningful messages, creating an even more personal finishing touch.
